A monochrome texture, apparently almost homogeneous but in reality full of nuances and subtle irregularities.

To obtain the design, I covered a surface with a layer of iron oxide powder, which I then combed with a repeated, almost obsessive gesture.

The colour, which is typical of the material, enabled me to obtain a deep and warm chromatic effect, which is highlighted by the geometric pattern made of small regular grooves. Simone Fanciullacci
