All my work focuses on the theme of the flower, in all its forms.

In Alcamo I dwell on a composition that takes on the features of the night: the crepe paper flowers, in their colour explosion, are spread on a table pervaded by a light almost worthy of Caravaggio, taking on deep and intense wine-like tonalities. Andrea Merendi
